Our parent companies S. S. Alam & Company Limited (1962) and The Chittagong Shipyards Limited (1966) were engaged in Shipbuilding. Another associates The Eastern Insurance Company Limited (1986) are engaged in underwriting business. Their shares are traded in all the Stock Exchanges of Bangladesh.

Office Equipment Leasing Sell, Service and maintain Multi Functional Digital Network Photocopier, Printer, Scanner machines by few Electrical & Electronic Engineers.

Zenov BPO Limited having offices at Dhaka and New York are engaged in World-class Outsourcing & Consultation business.
